Edit Listing on Amazon
To go to the "Edit Listing" page, you have to click [Listings] in the top menu and choose the sales channel from the drop-down list. Then click on the name of the chosen product.
Click [Listings] in the top menu and choose the sales channel from the dropdown list. Afterward, click the [Three Dots] icon in the line with the chosen item and choose [Edit].
On the "Edit Listing" page you are able edit information in "Product Info", "Pricing", "Shipping", and "Additional" tabs.
Product Info Tab
In the "Product info" tab you can edit the product name(*), condition(*), brand, manufacturer, product description, ASIN(*) and other identifiers.
Data, provided in the "Product Info" tab, are visible for your customers.
To change the product name, put the cursor in the "Product Name"* text-field and enter a new name. Product name must be no longer than 250 characters, and it should consist unique information about your product and characterize it from different sides. Title has to draw and keep customers attention.
To set a condition(*) appropriate for Amazon marketplace, click the [Dropdown] icon and choose from the list. It may be different from the condition specified in the SellerSkills inventory list.
To change the brand and manufacturer, put the cursor in the required text-field and enter appropriate data.
You should provide your customers with detailed information about the item you sell in the "Product Description" field.
Next, you have to check whether ASIN identifier(*) is appropriate for the product you sell and edit it if it is needed.
If you want to add more product identifiers, click the [Dropdown] icon, choose the required identifier from the list and click the [Add Identifier] button.
Afterward, fill in appropriate data in the created field.
To add more identifiers, repeat the previous steps.
Then click [Save] at the top of the page to save edited information, and if the process is successful, you receive a notification.
Afterward, you can edit information in the next tab.
In the "Pricing" tab you can specify the quantity(*), price(*), minimal quantity(*), maximal quantity(*), tax code, sale start date, sale end date, sale price, start selling date, restock date, and handling time.
You can specify the quantity of the listed product in the "Quantity"* field. The quantity in the listing may be less or equal than its value in the inventory. Quantity should not be less than the minimal quantity and more than the maximal quantity values or equal to zero.
You can enter the price in the "Price"* field. The value must be specified in USD for American, MXN for Mexican, and CAD for Canadian marketplaces accordingly.
To set minimal(*) and maximal quantity(*), put the cursor in the appropriate field and enter the value. The minimal quantity must be positive and not equal zero. The maximal quantity can not be less than minimal quantity and greater than 99999999.
You can specify the minimal and maximal quantity if the listed item is linked to a product in the inventory.
But if the listed item is unlinked to a product in the inventory, "Min Quantity"* and "Max Quantity"* are blocked. And you can not synchronize listing and inventory quantities, but you still will receive order and shipment reports.
To specify a tax code, click the [Dropdown] icon and choose the required tax code from the list.
Before publishing, you may set the scheduled sale for the product. You can do it on the "Pricing" tab but not on the Amazon panel. Firstly, you have to choose the sale start and sale end dates. Use [Left] and [Right] arrows to navigate in the date-picker.
Afterward, you have to specify the sale price. It must be from 0.1 to 999999999.99 USD for American, MXN for Mexican, and CAD for Canadian marketplaces accordingly.
Scheduled sale is not a required step. You may create and publish it anytime.
To set the start selling date, click the required field and choose the date. Use [Left] and [Right] arrows to navigate in the date-picker.
In case you have sold item, but you know when it is available again, you may set a restock date. This field is not required to be filled in.
To set the particular handling time for the item, click the [Dropdown] icon and choose the needed from the list. Unless you fill in different handling time, it will be the same as default handling time.
Afterward, click [Save] at the top of the page to save the edited information, and if the process is successful, you receive a notification.
In the "Shipping" tab you can choose a shipping policy template for the edited product. Otherwise, the default shipping template will be set after publishing.
To choose the shipping policy, click the [Dropdown] icon and pick one from the list.
Afterward, click [Save] at the top of the page to save the edited information, and if it is saved, you receive a "Success!" notification.
Having edited data in all tabs, you can save changes and publish listing.
When you click [Save], you don't publish item. To save and publish, click [Save & Publish].
Afterward, you have to confirm publishing by clicking [Yes, save & publish] or click [Cancel] to abolish the process.
If publishing is successful, you get a notification.
Few minutes later product will be published to your marketplace. You may check the status of the process by clicking the [Notifications] icon.
