Help & Feedback
In the "Help & Feedback" section, you can turn off or turn on documentation links in your application by clicking the [Toggle] icon.
They are activated by default, but you can change the settings whenever you need to.
These links help you with making use of SellerSkills. Click the [Reference Info] icon on the page you want to get more details about, and you will be redirected to the appropriate chapter of the SellerSkills documentation.
To turn off the documentation links function in the application, point the cursor on the [Reference Info] icon and click the [On/Off] icon. You have to choose [Disable] to confirm deactivating or click [Keep It Working] to continue using help.
You can contact us and send your requests via SellerSkills application or our official site.
To get to the "Help & Feedback" section in the application, you have to click the avatar image in the top right corner and choose [Help & Feedback] from the list.
Here you can specify the topic of your request by clicking the [Dropdown] icon in the "Topic" (1) field and picking the needed topic. In the "Message"(2) text-box you have to write the main information of your request. Also, you can attach .jpg, .png, or .gif files (3) to your message by dragging and dropping or browsing from your device. The maximal size of each file must be up to 5 MB.
Afterward, click [Send] to confirm sending the request or [Cancel] to abolish.
SellerSkills is an open and dynamic company, and we are glad to receive your requests and feedback. Each of your messages is processed, and you get an answer from our support team with the required information.
Here you have to specify the topic (1) of the request, your name (2), and your email address (3) to send you a response. In the "Message" (4) field you have to write the information with the details of your request. Also, you can attach .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .jp2, .jpm, .jpx, or .jxr files (5) to your message by dragging and dropping or browsing from your device.
To send a request, you have to click [Submit Form] (6).
No matter what method you choose to send a request (via application "Help & Feedback" section or the "Contact Us" form at the SellerSkills site) be sure you receive an answer from our support team.
